A Crystal & Blush Reception
Overview
An evening reception laid out as a series of lounges under the open sky. Crystal chandeliers and draped blush fabric line the walkway, cane and ivory seating is grouped around low tables, and tall crystal-stand centrepieces of pink and green florals rise above the guests, with strands of hanging pearls closing the far side of the floor.
The brief
Design an elegant, relaxed reception where guests sit in comfortable lounge groupings rather than rows, finished in ivory, blush and crystal, with a lit walkway that leads the eye to the stage.

Execution
Centrepieces were raised on tall crystal stands so the florals sit above eye level, letting guests talk across the tables while the room still reads as full of flowers.
The walkway was treated as a space of its own, with drapery, chandeliers and sculpted busts along its edge, so the route to the stage is part of the design rather than a gap between tables.
