When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any event details you provide (event type, date, city, guest count, services needed, budget band and notes). If you download the company profile, we collect your name, company and contact details.

Enquiry submissions are written to a Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script, under a Google account controlled by M&T Events. We do not use a third-party CRM or marketing platform to store enquiry data beyond this.

How your data is used

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, including calling or messaging you on the phone number or WhatsApp number provided. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site, once you've accepted analytics cookies. You can decline these without affecting your ability to submit an enquiry.
